UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY. FIND YOUR RHYTHM.
LEAD YOUR LIFE.
A community for menstrual health, women’s wellbeing and collective care.
Through body education, movement and shared experiences, we create space to learn, rest and connect.
Come as you are. There’s a place for you here.
the body is knowledge

Our bodies and lives are always changing.
Our energy shifts, our needs change, and we move through different cycles, transitions and stages of life.
Yet we often learn to keep going without listening to what
our bodies are telling us.
At La Casa Roja, we create space to slow down, understand our bodies and discover what supports us,
without having to fit into someone else’s rhythm.
Because when we understand our bodies, trust our experience
and care for ourselves, something changes.
We make more conscious choices. We set clearer boundaries.
We find our voice.
We lead our lives differently.
When we do not learn to understand our bodies and their rhythms, exhaustion can become routine.
Stress becomes constant. Disconnection feels normal.
We move through life tired, reactive, disconnected from ourselves.
But when women reconnect with their bodies, with knowledge, awareness and support, something begins to shift.
Care becomes more aligned when it recognizes women’s specific health needs and the social expectations that shape
how we move, feel, rest and care for others.

How we create change

Embodied
Practices

Yoga and nervous system–informed practices that honor the cyclical body, regulate stress, restore balance and create resilience.

Women’s Health education and research

Collective learning and knowledge creation. Accessible information around menstrual health, fertility, pregnancy, menopause, life transitions and gender-based violence.

Community and collective care

Women’s circles, workshops, facilitated dialogues, safe and brave spaces for reflection, support and collective growth.
La Casa Roja is a women-led, non-profit association based in Barcelona, dedicated to women’s health, gender equality and collective care.
It was founded by Anna Lucia Pinto — gender equality specialist, facilitator, and women’s health and yoga practitioner — and it grows through a passionate network of collaborators committed to the same mission.
