KNOW YOUR BODY. CLAIM YOUR VOICE.
La Casa Roja is not about giving women another list of things they should do to be healthier, stronger or more productive.
We are interested in something different: giving women the knowledge, space and community to understand themselves on their own terms,
and, through the body, to reclaim their voice, their choices and their power.
When we do not learn to understand our bodies and their rhythms, exhaustion can become routine.
Stress becomes constant. Disconnection feels normal.
We move through life tired, reactive, disconnected from ourselves.
But when women reconnect with their bodies, with knowledge, awareness and support, something begins to shift.
That’s why our approach starts by recognising women’s specific health needs – and the social expectations that shape
how we move, feel, rest and care for others.
our method
EVIDENCE — Scientific knowledge, research and gender-informed perspectives.
LIVED EXPERIENCE — Women’s experiences, stories, questions and needs.
EMBODIED KNOWLEDGE — The body as a place of perception, learning and transformation.
COLLECTIVE LEARNING — What becomes possible when experiences are shared rather than lived in isolation.
how we work
We offer online and in-person gatherings designed around embodied practice, women’s health education and collective dialogue.
We open space for collective knowledge creation.

Embodied Practices
Hatha Yoga · Yin Yoga · Yoga Nidra · Women’s Therapeutic Yoga · Breathwork · Meditation · Conscious Movement
Our sessions are designed around women’s physiology, hormonal rhythms and life stages — supporting nervous-system regulation, cyclical awareness and sustainable resilience, weaving scientific understanding of women’s health together with embodied and yogic traditions.

Community Circles & sharing
Facilitated spaces for reflection, support and shared learning.
Spaces where knowledge is created together, where lived experience is valued, and where no woman feels alone — only heard, respected and supported.
Because care is relational, and transformation is collective.

Women’s Health Education and resources
Research, workshops, dialogues and educational tools to deepen understanding of women’s health across every life stage.
We address topics such as: Menstrual health · Fertility · Pregnancy · Menopause · Life transitions · Leadership.
Our approach makes knowledge accessible: grounded in science, enriched by lived experience.

You are welcome in our home.
Come as a woman ready to reconnect with her body.
Come as an organisation ready to build something real.
Either way, there’s a place for you here.
